Sealant

In most basic terms, sealants are brilliant for filling and repairs in a wide range of environments – especially kitchens and other ‘wet’ areas. However, we would like to remind you here that there is a difference between sealants and adhesives, which makes sense once you remember their names – sealants seal and adhesives glue. As a bonus some sealants can also provide some noise insulation and fire protection, which is essential in some industrial settings. You will see from our collection here that we currently have ‘fast grab’ sealants in white and clear, suitable for metal and plastic, as well as a fire protect construction cladding sealant AND a colour match silicone sealant which is fungicidal and waterproof. (We can match your RAL colour on request).

Tip: Don’t forget the differences between sealants and silicon – sealant is the overall word used for solutions that seal, and silicon is one of these products.
