This two Part Structural Adhesive is a 10:1 ratio black methacrylate adhesive capable of bonding aluminium, stainless steel. mild steel, Carbon Fibre, Composites, GRP, UPVC, Polyesters, Granite, Marble and more.
Capable of filling gaps up to 4mm, whilst maintaining the adhesive’s structural strength and characteristics
It has high temperature resistance, tensile and shear performance.
Excellent UV stability
Nozzles (green) & AG50 or AG490 Applicator must be used with this item. Recommend IPA kit for preparation before use.

Two Part Structural Adhesive Preparation:We recommend that surfaces are wiped over with IPA and a lint free cloth. These items can be bought below.
Application :
Attach the nozzle provided and engage the cartridge into the applicator gun. Apply pressure on the trigger of the applicator gun until adhesive appears at nozzle tip. Bead the adhesive out onto the application as required. Then bring your application pieces together and leave to cure in accordance with the below recommendations.
Working time: 2 – 4 minutes
Fixture time: 4 – 6 minutes
(Allow 12 to 24 hours for full strength)
Temperature resistance:
Very High (-55°C – +150°C)
Paint Bake Cycle Approval 40 mins @ 220°C
Paint / Powder coat cycle: 20 minutes @ 220°C
Tips:
Have a ‘dry run’ first so that you know for certain you have the room to move across the application in one motion. You’ll be surprised at how much space you need!
Primers can increase the bond durability and surface tension for difficult to bond materials.
We recommend Metal Adhesives primer or Metal Adhesives UV Identifiable Primer to achieve the best results.
Use sufficient pressure over the whole surface at room temperature to ensure maximum adhesion to substrates.
If you want to “smooth out” or remove any excess from the bond, you should use gloves for your protection.
If part used, leave cured Nozzle on the cartridge and when next application is required, remove old nozzle and apply a fresh nozzle.
